 Centers for Spiritual Living are all about teaching the principles of successful living.  We have no dogma or creed and honor all paths to God.  Just as many rivers lead to the ocean, there are many ways to awaken to one’s spirituality or we might say, to awaken to the ocean of oneness and completeness with all Life, regardless of appearances.  Every experience has “gold” within it for each time we triumph we tap into more of our unlimited divine nature.

We also believe that there are no coincidences—that every encounter is a “divine appointment.”  We honor your essence, your light, your magnificence as a unique and precious expression of Life.  Know that your reading this now blesses us both in some way.

Until 3 years ago Centers for Spiritual Living were known as Religious Science churches.  Ernest Holmes developed the Science of Mind—the teaching of Religious Science in the early 1900’s.  Here is what Holmes writes about this philosophy:

The philosophy of Religious Science is nothing new to the world.  It is rather a synthesis of the greatest concepts that have ever come to the mind of man.  The law of Moses, the love of Christ, the ethics of Buddha, the morals of Confucius, the deep spiritual realizations of the Hindus, the mystical revelations of the saints of the Middle Ages, the laws of parallels and compensation of Emerson, the logic of Kant, the spirituality of Swedenborg, the beauty of Browning, and the wide, universal sweep of Walt Whitman all find an exalted place in the philosophy of Religious Science.   I never had a revelation, final or otherwise, and the knowledge I’ve acquired was here on earth when I arrived and will be available after I’ve shuffled off.  Wherever you find Truth, it belongs to everybody.

Our Sunday Celebrations and classes are all about remembering who we really are as creations of the Infinite.  Each of us incarnated to give a gift that only we can give.  Sometimes we get caught in the story and forget it’s all part of the process to awaken to our true nature so we can go about giving what is ours to give.  Wherever you are on your spiritual journey of awakening, love and honor yourself for the courage to grow.
